Forecast and Faery Finder
By Janice Scott-Reeder and the Bitwit
According to Llewellyn’s Spell-a-Day Almanac, today’s color is lavender and the incense is hyssop.
FORECASTS:
Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.
Today’s Tarot Card is the Moon: gratification. Take some time and take a really good look at your life style. It may be damaging to yourself and others. Moodiness and constant waffling is not cute, it is confusing. Grow up and take responsibility.
Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2009 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically:
The Moon enters Sagittarius at 7:25 AM EST.
People are a little too stressed and serious to take much poking fun this week.
It is a good week for sales and electronic forms of income.
This afternoon, look for a way around problems and limitations and you will find it.
Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say:
Happily ever after just doesn’t seem possible today but keep the faith, tomorrow is another day.
Today’s Cat Comfort Card is:
The Cat’s Pajamas: “You’re the bee’s knees today. Enjoy!”
Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
Today’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for:
Gawtcha, the out of the blue Fae, is out today. You have to watch him because just when you think you have a handle on things, up he pops and gets you. He is the unexpected and the holidays are his favorite time so move carefully, surely today and tie up all loose ends or you may find he has tied you up in them.
Today’s Lo Shu Number is 4 and the Element is water. The Boar finds conflict today but the Horse has ease. Today is NOT an auspicious day for haircuts, medical procedures, writing, gambling, construction or births.
Today’s Message from the Universe is: “I am now ready to live a courageous life committed to the complete manifestation of the Divine Plan on Earth. Neither difficult task nor fear can stop me. I go forward with power and enthusiasm for God is with me and supports my every effort.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace one thought at a time.
COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER
I woke up with a Fibro attack and I swear even my aura was hurting. I am better now but the cats have been very quiet. George had a massive sinus attack so nothing much has been moving or doing around this place today.
I finished reading Divine Misdemeanors by Laurell K Hamilton. It is better than the convoluted previous ones as Meredith is now back in LA and out of the Faery Mound.
Every once in a while people ask me about doing magic at the holidays. There are two schools of thought, as usual, but the one thing both agree upon is that it is a very unsettled time in the universe. On the one hand, when things are in a state of flux, it is easier to push them to a desired outcome. On the other hand, it also makes the outcome more variable. So my answer is always, do so at your own risk.

Thought I'd drop in and say Boo. It is so cold here. Poor George. Buckley's, it tastes bad,but it works!
Boo back at you. We won't see anything resembling cool until the end of week. It's 78 right now. We have record highs...but that's global warming. Extremes in different areas until the climate balances out.
