Astrologically, the Moon enters Aquarius at 2:19 PM EDT. Venus goes Direct in Pisces at 3:24 PM EDT where she is very, very happy for a while. Have a nostalgia party and you will be toast of the town. The fourth quarter of the Moon begins at 9:36 AM EDT. You can tug on the heart string of authority figures in the early AM but don’t push because the change to Fourth Quarter will have people evaluating your real progress and not taking any prisoners. It is a very social lunch time when age and class barriers drop. Shortly there after there is aggravation that this great feeling of comradeship cannot continue in the Universe. For the next couple of days, financial rules and regulations dominate the lines of communication.

My day at the shop tends to start with the hello kiss from Bitwit. Then it is either give them a can of cat food or be bothered within an inch of my sanity. They get the can of cat food. I have to feed them and Blueman at the same time or they get another one when Blueman gets fed and I think they are eating me out of house and home.
You are lucky you got the forecast yesterday. It seems as the day wore on, the internet was interrupted more and more. Email was going down in Canada and the USA. Internet Radio was experiencing problems. Immediately it was linked to the tax protests around the country and the Obama administration was trying to suppress the news.
I had to laugh. First off, these “Tea Parties” have occurred every year except previously their focus was declaring income tax illegal.
You have probably heard of those schemes. They get you to stop paying your taxes and then when the IRS cracks down on them, they turn over their membership lists for amnesty and you get audited while they skip off with your membership fees, house at the beach and bank account in the Cayman Islands. Hence, they tend to get a one second blurb on the evening if there is nothing else going on in the Universe, like mold growing.
Well, this year they changed their focus to reducing tax expenditures and organized on Facebook their usual Tea Parties with a new focus. Immediately the Internet was interrupted and the usual mud started slinging.
Folks, stop and think. Who has the ability to interrupt the Internet? It is those lovely three letter agencies and the other one that locks you up without a trial or cause most of the time. The people running them haven’t changed in the last 6 months. Disrupting the internet would be a nice touch to make a movement seem larger than it really is on a really slow news day. Then the next day, when it is equally slow they can report that legislators are now “shaky” after yesterday’s protests. Let’s see the largest crowd was a thousand people. Five to ten thousand people protesting the war in Iraq had no effect on them during the Bushie years. Are you going to tell me a thousand people now has them running and cowering behind their desks? Wake up. You are being manipulated by that so called Liberal Media no one has been able to find. Not only that, but you don’t need those agencies to achieve what happened yesterday. You only need the “media” to put that spin on it.
You see, it could have been something as simple as a really large number of people trying to download forms from the IRS, file electronically to beat the deadline, transfer funds, etc. on Tax Day. And then of course, commiserate with their equally broke friends. Just about everyone in telecommunications knows the current phone companies’ infrastructure is barely able to support the current internet usage. (note: Even if you have wireless or cable that has to go to good old telephone company wires eventually.) Ever notice how your email slows down or crashes at peak usage times. Well, yesterday was a peak usage time all day and night up to midnight when the problem went away. Surprise! No censorship. No plots. No gigantic ground breaking movement to overthrow President Obama. Just a bunch of Americans trying to file their taxes or extensions on time and discovering the “create an account“ button is not on the page the IRS said it was. I know, I was one of them. I mailed mine after George and I both gave up trying to follow the instructions on the IRS web site for a freakin’ hour, but that was on the 14th before the rush. I’m sure the 15th provided a nervous breakdown for a lot of people who didn’t have time to mail their returns.
Now, psychically, yesterday you had a huge amount of ambient nervous energy penetrating the ether which causes everyone to get jittery increasing the amount of ambient energy until you don’t have to be psychic to feel it. That is why everyone is so jumpy on April 15th. Then when your nerves hit their saturation point, the exhaustion hits and you drop like a rock. Bet you feel better today.
