COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER

I had to open the shop windows and door yesterday which changed the energy of the shop and hence the cats are a little wild today. Bitwit is spending the day in the window observing the outside world and reveling in its newness. Isis is lounging in the cat tree displaying no interest in things she cannot control and Ra the Sun Goddess is hiding in another room from all the new smells and sounds. When you think about it, they sort of mirror how people react to the universe around them!
I bought a chopped up smokes turkey leg last night and if a smoked turkey ever wanders into this place, it will be legless! The Kitwits got the very end of it and within minutes all that was left was the bleached bone they were fishing the marrow out of with their claws. Bitwit was determined to single stomached finish the skin off a slice of it and I think she succeeded where I barely finished the meat of the inch thick piece. I found a new store with meat and loads of fruits and vegetables. You know I am a fruit-a-holic. Now I have apples, tangerines, pears, lemons, limes and Brussels Sprouts! Life is good!
