Forecast and Faery Finder by Janice Scott-Reeder and the Bitwit
According to Llewellyn’s Spell-a-Day Almanac, today’s color is Orange and the incense is Hyacinth.
FORECASTS:
Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.
Today’s Tarot Card is the Two of Swords: concurrence. Being the peacemaker, the mediator, the solver of all problems is just sapping your energy and accomplishing nothing. People have to learn to solve their own problems. Let the conflict continue without you. Then make certain you are not neglecting your own needs.
Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2007 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically, over the next week, you are going to be changing a lot of your friendship relationships and how you look at social situations. You are beginning to see the value of networking and maybe even how people have been using your good will to make money. For the rest of 2009, you will be taking much harder look at what is happening around you. The early morning has you wanted to start a dozen projects and hitting a brick all on every one of them. Instead of starting off half cocked, start planning. The aggravation with not being able to get people and things together to succeed is still brewing in the afternoon and you know you have to leave old ways of doing things in the garbage. It just isn’t working. This is a very psychic and romantic night. Nothing is as it seems and this is an excellent time for divination before old Mercury pulls his retrograde act next week.
Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say it is time to rise above your problems. Look at them logically and come up with a rational, not emotional solution. If you can solve them, file them and go on to the next task.
Today’s Cat Comfort card is Cat Suit. “Be daring. Be wild. Be bold.”
Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
Today’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for Laiste, the Moon’s Daughter. Laiste leaves little hoof prints where ever she sighted. She is the bringer of light but she is also the Moon’s Daughter. You must remember that moonlight both reveals and conceals. Everything looks brighter and cleaner at night. Laiste is the keeper at the Gate of Revelation, so she can lead us to spiritual evolution but she is also annoyingly fond of riddles. She will loving trip you and ask if you see the purpose, yet.
Today’s Lo Shu Number is 1 and the element is Earth. We rabbits are finding conflict today.
Today’s Message from the Universe is: “I let go all criticism. I open my heart to tolerance, sympathy, patience, humility and tenderness.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace one thought at a time.
These messages are helping so many people that I am setting each day’s card up in a picnics generator so you can tap into the energy during the day. Just think of a rainbow and the energy will come to you.
COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER
I have quite a collection of strange cats here. Bitwit is running up and down the stairs. She flies onto the loft and searches for a while and then comes back with her treasure which so far is two Styrofoam peanuts and a dried up hairball. The later totally ruined my popcorn. Let’s call it the Bitwit Diet.
I ground the coffee at home and I suffer from a normal old age disease called too much to do. I didn’t have enough water after I put the ground coffee in the filter, so I went into the next room to get another gallon. Having water on the brain, I realized my plants needed watering so I went out to turn the sprinkler on, which lead me to sorting the laundry and finally back to the water. By the time I got it to the kitchen counter I realized the cat’s water fountain needed filling so I filled that and finally got the water in the coffee pot. Then I turned around! Purdy von Sweets is in the filter, her face is covered in coffee and she is chewing about a hundred miles an hour. It took two hours for her to wear herself out from that high. And speaking of addicts…the only place Purrbah has ever gone in the carrier is to the vet to be neutered. Now he tries to get in every carrier to go back. How fast they learn.
