Forecast and Faery Finder by Janice Scott-Reeder and the Bitwit
According to Llewellyn’s Spell-a-Day Almanac, today’s color is Amber and the incense is Frankincense.
FORECASTS:
Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.
Today’s Tarot Card is the Three of Swords: desolation. Take those feelings of dejection and depression out and examine them. Within them you will find the areas of your life that are not working. Now, look for the root fear that keeps them in place. Mourn it and face it and you will be on the road to ultimate success and happiness.

Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2007 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically, the Moon enters Aquarius at 1:56 PM EST. It’s time to rebel or just break out of your rut. Personal freedom and individuality are paramount but it unfortunately does lend to anyone being on time for anything. This is a lucky late night for games of electronic chance for air signs.

Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say there are blocks to letting go today though we know we have to let go of the old to make way for the old.

Today’s Cat Comfort card is Cheshire Cat. “Smile! Share your joy with others.”
Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
Today’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for She of the Cruach. A cruach is a cup. Once again the Great Goddess arrives to nurture and bring our thoughts to manifestation.
Today’s Lo Shu Number is 7 and the element is Metal. The Rat finds conflict today but the Dog and Boar have a great day.

Today’s Message from the Universe is: “I am now ready to live a courageous life committed to the complete manifestation of the Divine Plan on earth. Neither difficult tasks now fear can stop me. I go forward with power and enthusiasm for God is with me and supports my every effort.” Annie Marquier crating a world of peace one thought at a time.
These messages are helping so many people that I am setting each day’s card up in a psionics generator so you can tap into the energy during the day. Just think of a rainbow and the energy will come to you.
COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER
I am getting over the flu as it warms up. Last night I only had Lenuxx in bed with me as a testament to the increasing temperatures. Ah, ‘winter’ in South Florida! Our Bitwit is growing up. She gets into less and less trouble, though Isis’ tail is still her favorite toy.
I arrived at the shop to meet the complaint committee. Seems George forgot to fill the birdbath and the feathered contingency sent the Mockingbird after me. Those of you familiar with Mockingbirds know you just don’t argue with them. They will peck you.
The display has mostly come down, or at least the snowmen have come down. The deer are staying. I still have the colored lights to get down but it has turned cloudy and is threatening rain so I decided to work on inside things.
Thanks to the new Afrin with menthol - that is soooooo nice - my head finally unstopped without the aid of a jackhammer at midnight and now I am no longer feeling like I have concrete in my sinuses. Bending over is still a no-no unless I want to just continue to flat on my face. The nose is running but the throat is at least to the point I can talk instead of squeak. The chicken soup is still flowing.
George was actually involved in the testing the chicken soup theory at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. It really does work better than other hot liquids. Another cure for a sore throat is to make a hot cup of tea and cut a slice of lemon. Then mush the lemon making sure you mush the rind into the tea. It really works. A Jewish friend at the Miami Herald taught me that one when I was so sick I could barely hold my head up and was hitting a deadline like a brick wall. Those old Jewish remedies work except for the swallowing hot grease with onion and vinegar in it for pneumonia. I am not doing that one! As far as I am concerned, that is salad dressing.
