Forecast and Faery Finder for 10/08/09

Forecast and Faery Finder
By Janice Scott-Reeder and the Bitwit

Message from the Microwits: Mrrrph!

Message from Mommy: After this morning’s speeding Microwit bullet experience in the bedroom, they are not allowed to talk, to move, to anything!

According to Llewellyn’s Spell-a-Day Almanac, today’s color is Turquoise and the incense is Apricot.

Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.

Today’s Tarot Card is Death: transformation. This card signifies a great transformation in your life. Change is upon you so be ready.

Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2007 Daily Planetary Guide.
For a couple of days, talk of rules, limitations and general stick in the mud sort stuff occurs. This is an excellent evening to promote yourself and to increase your income and influence via the internet, conference calls and the electronic media.

Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say this is a good day to spend some time looking within yourself.

Today’s Cat Comfort Card is Catacomb. “Look deep inside. Take time to meditate or journey within.”

Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
Today’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for Lys of the Shadows. Lys is one of the helping Fae. She helps those that need help and those that give help.

Today’s Lo Shu Number is 8 and the Element is fire. The Dragon finds conflict today. This is not an auspicious day for haircuts, construction or births.

Today’s Message from the Universe is: “Every time a door closes, another one opens up toward wider and more beautiful horizons. The space naturally created in my life now brings me even greater possibilities for growth. I welcome any change in my life with confidence and joy.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace one thought at a time.

I would say the only good Microwit is Flame, but she is in the kitchen dangling from the wind chime. All three got into my bedroom and they started out nice enough with purring and rubbing and then all Hades broke loose and they became flying, furry missiles of doom without a rudimentary guidance system destroying anything and everything. They even wore Napoleon and Josephina out. Napoleon was helping me catch them at the end of the destruction lollapalooza.
By design I have had a very quiet day. My head has been hurting from yesterday and I have been moving as little as possible. The fact that it was in the 90’s had a lot to do with that. I napped through most of the hottest part and awoke to thinking the living room was an over. All the outside plants are wilted and screaming for water but at the moment it would just steam. Later tonight I will water.
