Today’s Tarot Card is the Eight of Swords: curtailment. Rationality and logic seem to be on vacation. Hopes and plans have been dashed and you have no idea where you went wrong. Retreat and regroup. You just didn’t see the way things were.

The Singer of Connection reminds us that we are all part of the whole and what affects one part, affects all of us.

Today’s Lo Shu Number is 5 and the Element is Earth. The Dragon finds conflict today but the Ox and Tiger have ease. Today is NOT an auspicious day for haircuts, construction or births.

This has been a most unproductive day except for the part where I sprained my shoulder cleaning the cabinets in the kitchen. I think everyone has been in the same boat. It is cool in Florida and our hibernate response kicked in. Even the Microwits are sleeping it off. Okay, it is 78 degrees but after five weeks in the 90’s, it feels cool.
Well, I am two episodes from the end of the first season of TrueBlood and I no longer recognize the story line from the book. Too bad. It was a really good series of books.
