Forecast and Faery Finder for Halloween Weekend 09

10-31-09 and 11-01-09
Forecast and Faery Finder
By Janice Scott-Reeder and the Bitwit

For the first time in almost two months, I was at the shop today trying to find the camera. The Bitwit ran over, jumped up on the table, put her little paws on my chest and kissed me right on the mouth just she has for her entire life. Cats do not forget you. We had a love in and then she had a can of food. I never did find the camera so I bought a cheap one at Target. As bright pink as it, it will be hard to lose…..I hope.
Today’s total silliness: I saw on Facebook the Christian Coalition on radio has claimed that all candy this Halloween has been ‘enchanted’ by witches…Thus, I have personally volunteered at great risk to myself to personally dispose of all dark chocolate mounds, Mr. Goode Bars, Dark Chocolate Reeses and Godiva anything…just send it to me. Burp!

According to Llewellyn’s Spell-a-Day Almanac, Halloween’s color is blue and the incense is magnolia. The Day of the Dead or All Saints’ Day’s color is Orange and the incense is Frankincense.
These are the days we honor the dead and the contributions they have made to our lives.

FORECASTS:

Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.

This weekend’s Tarot Card is the Hermit: exaltation. Your ego is finally on the back burner and you are feeling the Cosmic Flow. You refuse to allow daily problems and dramas to sidetrack you from your destiny. Surround yourself with the essentials and be frugal.

Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2009 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically:
Saturday, Chiron goes direct in Aquarius. New methods can eliminate old hurts.
For about a week, sneaky and underhanded reaps a quick reward and you won’t like it. It will be a social week but often parties degenerate into group sessions.
It is not a good morning for promoting yourself or trying anything dishonest or underhanded. You will be found out in record time and punished even faster. Tonight, is good for making money, doing things on the Web and just enjoying the moon. Just a hint, slow down and really listen to what is happening around you.
Sunday, the Moon enters Taurus at 7:45 PM EDT. The veil between worlds is very thin in the AM and you may have dreams about the departed where they really are communicating with you. By evening, the looming work week is not putting you in a good mood, but hey, the weekend can’t last forever. Buck up and you can transform a bad situation into a good one. You have a couple of days of ego conflicts but then it is smoother sailing.

Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say:
No matter how busy it is, look inside yourself to find the right path.

This weekend’s Cat Comfort Card is :
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof: “Life likes to test your surefootedness. Be Nimble.”

Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
This weekend’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for:
Nelys the Alchemsyst is out and about this weekend. She brings inner transformation and through it irrevocable change. Things will happen inwardly and outwardly the weekend.

Halloween’s Lo Shu Number is 6 and the Element is Earth. The Rabbit finds conflict today but the Rooster has ease. It is NOT a good day for Gambling or Construction. The Day of the Dead’s Lo Shu Number is 5 and the Element is Metal. The Dragon finds conflict but the Ox and Tiger have ease. It is NOT a good day for haircuts or construction but it is a good day for gambling. Hum…..maybe I should stop at the casino on the way home from the Witches’ Ball. It will be after midnight……

This Weekend’s Message from the Universe is: “Patience and serenity are now filling my mind and my heart. I trust the Divine Wisdom which is at the source of everything. I stay calm and peaceful. I love, respect and accept everyone and everything around me as an expression of the perfection of the Universe.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace one thought at a time.

COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER

Everything points to this being a transformative weekend if you allow it to happen. Honor your ancestors and friends who have passed beyond the veil. Seek guidance in the psychic and your dreams. Do something spiritual, like walking a labyrinth, and one can be found out back at the Witches’ Ball in Ft Lauderdale. When you come to the center and turn to walk back, the trick is to see if you experience more going back where you have been than you did going forward into the unknown.
You are getting a double forecast today because all of tomorrow is dedicated to the Witches’ Ball and getting ready for it. I am the proud owner of a cheap digital camera I have to figure out how to use and down load information to my computer from it and if things go well, I will be posting on the net live from the Ball. Needless to say, I am going to busy, busy and of course, I have to get into costume and get down there. It is almost an hour drive. Then, the room has to be decorated. It’s a darn good thing I am a wiz at organization.
I know that very seldom do you actually get to meet the psychic you talk to on the phone. I will be at the Ft. Lauderdale Witches’ Ball, http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/broward/sfl-witches-ball-b103009,0,7173465.story?track=rss, come and learn what we are all about. I will be in the All Purpose room, turn right and go down the hall. This year I am the Green Spider Witch. The cats are staying home. Bring a can of food for the food drive.
Tonight I say good bye to all my Ebay friends and customers. Ebay is discontinuing their blog platform on Halloween night. They really want us to believe that little bit of space costs them too much money. But, I am not gone. You can just click over to http://janicescottreeder.blogspot.com and find my blog and quite a few famous authors in the Fantasy and Science Fiction field. Just a little hint, you can pick up all sorts of great info on what books to bid on. No one is selling anything there, it is just blogs.
Of course, you can find me on social networking platforms and literally all over the net. So, unless something goes really bad next week when I have the operation, I will still be kicking around. But keep in mind, my readings are only available through Keen.com or when I make the rare appearance away from home.

It be true about the candy, shouldn't be of any concern to a Christian tho. If you're overwhelmed disposing of it, I'd be happy to help. Have a fun weekend
