Any time you hear the following phrase tumble from your lips:
"He/she is really not a bad person...."
get a double espresso and wake up! He/she is that bad a person or you wouldn't be in the position of defending him/her. Stop and think, of the people you know who really are good, nice people, how many times have you had to defend them to someone else?
