Forecast and Faery Finder
By Janice Scott-Reeder and the Bitwit

Due to Cancer surgery on my forehead, I will off indefinitely until I can heal completely, have at least one more operation to remove more cancer, heal…move to Hawaii and say the H with it!

Message from the Kitwits: We have regained the bedroom! All are sleeping with Mommy. Signed Napoleon, Josephina, Purrbie and Purdy vonSweets.

Message from Mommy: Napoleon has learned to impersonate Josephina by tucking his white feet under him and hiding his nose.

According to Llewellyn’s Spell-a-Day Almanac, today’s color is lavender and the incense is rosemary.

FORECASTS:

Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.

Today’s Tarot Card is the Six of Pentacles: compensation. You will achieve balance and harmony today but nature is not static so do not expect it to continue. Change is inevitable. Use this moment in which to communicate.

Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2007 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically, social events with miss communications are the afternoon special. For about a week intellectual energy and new ideas meet with more red tape than an afternoon in Congress.

Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say problems to not get resolved today to take the Fae way” laugh, dance and sing. There is always tomorrow.

Today’s Cat Comfort Card is Bureaucat. “Get that paperwork done. You’ll feel much better.”

Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
Today’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for the Topsie Turvets. During this mixed up, extra helping of misinformation week, they just have to come out in droves. I just hope they confine their activities to the Republicans and leave the rest of us to actually make some decisions and get things done.

Today’s Lo Shu Number is 4 and the Element is Fire. The Snake finds conflict today but the Horse has ease. Today is not an auspicious day for haircuts, writing, gambling and births.

Today’s Message from the Universe is: “”I have nothing to fear. Divine Love and Wisdom are no in action and produce wonderful results.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace one thought at a time.

COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER

I truly tried to let Lady Jayne sleep with me but she insisted on sleeping on my head. The doctor would have a fit and getting slapped with that huge bottle brush she calls a tail doesn’t promote sound sleep. Finally I got her to lay beside me on the nonstitched side. Then there was peace.
Coffee and a teaspoon of syrup on your pancake makes for a bad case of the jitters. I should know. I have them now.
I finished Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick coming out in October. If you liked Twilight, this is not Twilight with Fallen Angels. You have no idea where the plot is going, who the bad guys really are and the conclusion really sucker punches you. It is better than Twilight. It is edge of the seat, can't put it down reading. This book is destined to be big. Preorder your copy now from somewhere…hey…they don’t let me put links in most places but you are smart enough to find where.
I guess it is good the migraine and extra nerve pain hit on Sunday when all is chilling. So, forgive the shortness of the blog today. I am hurting.
Really sick laugh of the day. Our dear Republican Governor wants to replace Obama's health care proposal with his. Fact: Crist's proposal's success rate is less than one tenth of a percent. That means it helps less than one person out of a thousand. Right now 3,757 people have met the criteria for signing up out of 4 million in the state. Are you sure you want that? He hasn't stabilized our insurance rates. Nest year most of his wonderful “solution” will beginning increasing in price up 250%. A hurricane this year and Citizen’s insurance on homes and business down here goes broke, another Republican brain child. At least the Dems are honest about how much something will cost rather than taking your money for the “cheap solution” and then going belly up or pricing you out by the end of their term.
