My ac started making horrible noises last night keeping my up all night until it finally stopped and healed itself. So I have been out of it. I did manage to get the old TV to where George could drag it to the curb. I may never lift anything again. Those old TV’s are HEAVY. To move it I had to rearrange things in the bedroom and Napoleon just knocked everything down. He didn’t like my new arrangement and we all know Napoleon rules.

Whenever we start cooking, Fiona and Boogaboo jump into the kitchen chair and start pawing at us. So I have four little black paws grabbing my dress hem and trying to drag me away from the stove hoping for a treat. When I start chopping chicken tonight I am certain they will be climbing my dress.
Napoleon is so upset about yesterday, he has been glued to me This is the first time today I have had my hand free to type. I have learned I definitely cannot type with one hand. Once you learn to type, you need both hands.
I am proud of myself as I have taken my vitamins, gotten up and to work fairly early. Now I just need more energy. That will come. I think the heat is getting to me. Hopefully we can get out of the 90’s It is 93 right now but at least the humidity is lower. Hopefully after a good dinner with plenty of fresh veggies, I got fresh Okra last night at the market, I can settle down and finish the orders I got in and maybe get a little more house cleaning done.
I don’t know about the Microwits. I flipped them a Palmetto bug last night and Napoleon had to come in and kill it. They just don’t have that killer instinct I demand in my cats, yet. Why didn’t I kill it? I didn’t have anything heavy to hit it with and the gun was too far away to shoot it. Now if that sounded perfectly normal, you really are from the South.

Before we talk about Psychic Vampires, I thought I’d give someone a little lesson in magic. Before you send an entity after someone it’s a good idea to get your information on that entity from a location that is not a cheap horror flick or book. Remember when you returned the book because you didn’t want to read all that philosophy crap? Regretting it about now? If not wait until later. Second, you really should know the ancestry of the person you are sending the entity to so you will have a good idea if they can counter it. Your entity left me a gift I am certain you aren’t going to like and got the Hades out of Dodge while she could. Guess what? It wasn’t a Russian Fae. J
How do you protect yourself from psychic vampires? Pretty much the same you protect yourself from disease is the answer. The first step is to strengthen yourself mentally, physically and spiritually. Those are the easy ways. Stay away from people that seem to drain you. Unfortunately, that is often your immediate family. So, if you dread those holiday get togethers, then you need to move onto the next step. Dr. Wayne Dyer offers great tips in the Power of Intention to deflect negative family members. Stay away from drugs and alcohol. If you must drink, do so extreme in moderation and not in locations where you are going to find negative people or situations. Lastly, learn how to seal your aura and do it daily and learn how to ward your house, car and work area. Like everything, those last take practice to perfect and use. Oh, the tin foil hat doesn’t work.

There are nights I am certain these cats are possessed, I just not sure by what. Last night, I went to take my shower and left the laptop open with the internet up. I did hide my credit cards which was a good thing because they are way more advanced at computing than I thought a cat could be. When I came back, they had open Adobe Photo, selected a photo and had it up on the screen. Now, it takes me 15 minutes and a lot of cursing to get that far with that program. It does not have an icon, you have to open it from the programs menu which you have to open from the start menu which you have to open. They also enlarged the photo. It was of a ghost on a plantation in New Orleans. In other words, we are talking quite a few keystrokes to get where they were.
That was not the end of the weirdness. Around 5 AM, I awoke to find my makeup mirror lit. So, I reached over and turned it off, except it wouldn’t turn completely off. Now this is an on or off switch and now it is glowing on dim. I had to unplug it from the wall outlet! Now how did Purrbie do that because he is the cat I found playing with it. His sister had been admiring herself in the magnifying part of the mirror (cats are legally blind) earlier so she probably put him up to it. Purrbie is totally fascinated with all tools and apparently he is learning to use them! We used to joke about getting him a little hard hat to wear. I am not joking any more.

Everything that sucks energy and can attach to your aura is not necessarily alive or dead or human. There are lovely little entities that can act like just psychic vampires and can be just as hard to get rid of because everyone wants a free lunch. I like to divide them into three groups. The lowest are little creatures that float or swim through the ether and graze on excess energy. They are sort of like schools of fish that clean the ponds. They keep energy from building up so much that it short circuits living organisms. Sometimes these little creatures evolve or grow into larger creatures that simply bounce around and occasionally attack a human for a brief moment because they now require more energy than is available ambiently. The problem is, they will keep coming back for more.
Now in what we like to call the Age of Reason and Classification, obsessive/compulsive disorder ran rampant and ‘scientists’ attempted to classify everything into orders. That is where you get those huge charts of angles and demons. Everything had to have a place and an order and I think they really needed medication. I tend to just classify these ‘demons’ into two categories: lower and higher. The lower demons can at one time have been humans who remained on the earth plane way to long and were very attached to human vices or rage and revenge. Now, they have devolved into something subhuman and hang around with the not too bright lower demons who also have a taste for drugs and alcohol mostly. They hang around bar parking lots and areas with a lot of drug traffic. I do not know why they don’t enter bars but they won’t. They lie in wait for someone to stumble out, stoned out of their minds, and then they dispossess the person from their body enough (black outs) to take over and really make a mess of things. They have no fear of dying because they are already in the astral plane or dead. Do I have to draw a diagram of what happens when they get behind the wheel? The problem is they will stay with a weak person and keep luring them into more and more vices until the body is no longer any fun. While they are hitchhiking on the person, they will draw energy from everyone around them like a Hoover. Even after the person enters rehab and gets out, it may be years before they leave their host if they have found a nice comfortable ‘family’ to suck dry.
The last type are higher demons. They are intelligent and not driven by vices though they like them. They tend to feed on anger and rage rather than drunk and disorderly. They will physically harm other people when using the person’s body to gain energy and power and I consider them to be the worst of the lot. Because of their ability to suck energy, a person will be trapped in an abusive cycle with someone, unable to free themselves without help.

After George went to all the trouble of getting me lemons for my tea I think it makes me cough more! Still not enough voice of phone reading, but I have served the flu bug with an eviction notice. This is its last day!
I used to have a Great Dane and her tail was a deadly weapon. She would wag her tail, hit me and I would carry the bruises for a week. I have two cats with deadly tails. Lady Jayne has a huge fluffy duster of a tail and this morning she dusted my glasses and small electric fan right off my bed stand. Normally, she just smacks me across the face with it in the middle of the night. Now, Purdy von Sweets has a little whip of a tail but she regularly cleans my night stand off with it. It is a nasty little whip. She has just found herself in my magnifying makeup mirror and was preening. She thinks she is really pretty. Warning: with 28 switchblades, I would agree if I were you.

The Vampires no one ever mentions are non-corporeal beings, ghosts, spirits, daemons and entities. That is by no mean the complete list, just the big four. Back in the old days, to which I do not want to return, burials were accompanied with various means to keep the spirit in the ground or away from the living. That is the real reason for walls around a cemetery and blessing the ground, to keep the dead where they belong if they won’t move on. In various traditions, including Voudoun, Spiritism, Japanese Shinto and Santeria just to name a few, it is perfectly normal to find the dead bothering the living. The bad news is that spirits do not belong on this plain as a final resting place. If they choose to remain, they have to find a source of nourishment and that source is your energy. That is why houses were regularly warded against spirits and ancestor altars were set up to leave food for the dead. In some traditions it is thought if food is specifically left for the dead they can consume the life force of the food. That is why it is thrown out and never eaten. It is considered to be as dead and the spirit eating it. If placating the dead with dinner does work then the first resort of other traditions is employed: exorcism. The problem with this is if the spirit doesn’t move on, it will just hang around waiting for an opening to get back on the person or into the house. That is why in many traditions, regular spirit removing baths are a must, wards are reinforced and spiritual cleansing of all housing is done regularly. Oh, and don’t forget your car. It, too, can be possessed. The real reason for wearing black to a funeral is that black absorbs all light and hence the light of your aura making you invisible to the dead and safe from ghostly hitchhikers in the cemetery. White has the same effect except in reverse. It reflects all light making you a huge, untouchable, blinding ball of light. Who stays around after death? People who are frightened of the afterlife will stay until someone retrieves them. Angry, vindictive, miserable people will stay around to make others the same way. Miserly, greedy people who just can’t let go of people, places and things also remain to guard their possessions.
That is one of the reasons all magical tools must be purchased new, a fair unhaggled over price paid and then cleansed. You just don’t want negative, stray energy attached to tools you are going to do magic with or for that matter just have laying around in your house. No matter how attractive that antique dagger may be, it is never used as an athame unless it was handed down within your family. Yes, you can try to cleanse it, but if you don’t succeed, problems will follow you. Some people strongly believe that if an item is tainted by possession once, it is still open and will attract new entities. I have seen this happen with a crystal. Also, if an item is charged by another Mage, it will be open to the spirit world after cleansing. It is as though the item has a hole or window in it from that point forward and attracts spirit entities. Always remember that the more beautiful, unusual and wonderful and object, the more likely someone before you thought the same way and the more likely someone is still holding on to it from the afterlife. Why do you really think they buried all those expensive trinkets with corpses? That is the real reason for someone making a will, so the objects they own are metaphysically transferred from them to the next generation and not held in spiritual bondage. And lastly, you never, ever want a stolen object. That thing will have more negative energy and entities attached to it than a refrigeration convention in Hades. Not only that but if it was stolen from a Metaphysician, well, you are really screwed metaphysically because all the entities, energies and spirits that protect that person have an open conduit to the piece and they will haunt it and you until it is returned and restitution made. You just became dinner, That applies if you steal a deck of Tarot cards for a big box book store, too. You may find you can never read the cars no matter how hard you study. I once bought a beautiful astrological pendant at a flea market and it sits in a warded jewelry case. The next weekend they arrested the vendor but the pendant wasn’t on the list of stolen items, the knives and guns were. I have no doubt he stole the pendant from someone, too. The same goes for those antiques someone cheated another person out of money when buying. It just isn’t worth the energy that comes with them.

I officially have the flu. I have all the aches and pain, the sore throat, sick stomach, fever and the sneezing. I am miserable. I think Napoleon is under the weather, too, as he is just sitting on my lap. No phone readings today as I can barely squeak. I lost my voice first thing right after I awoke feeling like I did twenty rounds with a prize fighter.

Message from the Microwits: I am Boogaboo. Fear Me! Help me! I am traumatized. Mommy locked me in a strange room for just ages. No one could hear me screaming.

Message from Mommy: If a certain little black kitten had not sneaked into the backroom where I keep the computer routing equipment and then hidden, he wouldn’t have gotten locked in for all of two hours while a poor sick woman with the flu turned the house and front yard upside down trying to find the crying kitten only to have Trojancat, his mother, finally lead me to him! The rest of the day will be spent being very, VERY good. Is that totally understood. Running a fever and searching the bushes in 90 degree wet weather doesn’t help Mommy’s mood.

Old Rusty J Hoover has been coming out of his spot for exercise the last couple of days. He took up residence on the bath chair. I think he moved an eighth of an inch but since I didn’t have my glasses on I can’t swear to it. That is cat exercise: breathing. Oh the life of cat!
It is so hot here today. The ac’s have not been able to cut it. It is 84 now and the house is finally cooling down.
One interesting happening is seeing our incentive money at work. After potholes that could swallow small cars, they are now fixing the roads in our little neighborhood the right way. They are actually cutting the road out and replacing the bed and paving it in spots. Today was my turn and the floor of the house, which is a solid concrete pad, was vibrating. The cats were laying on things with this dazed look on their faces as they got the best petting they’ve had in ages. That pet was everywhere! I think I have a couple of loose fillings in my mouth. Fortunately I see no cracks in the house. At least I didn’t scream earthquake.
I am reading a new book, Street Magic, a Black London Novel by Caitlin Kittredge. It is good but be forewarned Fluffy Bunnies, this is a dark novel about magic that isn’t nice. The things that go bump in the night have teeth and claws and Mages are not boy scouts, in fact one of the main characters is a heroine addict. However as the dark circles under my eyes will attest, it is very hard to put down.

I just watched the Ghost in your genes, a special about epigenomes and it became apparent why the Religious Fundamentalists and the right want to stop genetic research. You need to watch it several times and then, can you see how it proves astrology? Hint, what determines everything in astrology? Whoa, folks, this is dangerous knowledge here. Go to the PBS web site and search it for Ghost In Your Genes. I’m betting the ancestry research site will see a surge in members and I must say, I certainly found out the answer to many health mysteries in my research. Grandma, you were right and you didn’t even have a high school education.
Consequently, George just dragged Lady Jayne in for fighting. So I asked her exactly what her grandmother had done to create such a feisty cat and she reminded me that she is from another dimension and therefore this is no applicable. You never win with cats.

What is it with my cats that they have to bounce off me or the laptop to get across the room? Today Lady Jayne hit me with her huge back paw right on the forehead. I had decided to leave the little scab on the right side unbandaged as doctor had and she knock it off. I saw stars for an hour. At least it looks healed.

With no internet I decided to do laundry. It is scary when you look in the laundry basket and it looks back. Now I have found Mr. B’s secret sleeping place.
I have been having a difficult time sleeping. It seems like I am overloaded with energy. Then I realized I had moved my Magic Box that holds my tarot cards to right at the head of the bed. The moment I moved it, the energy settled down. So, be careful where you place your tools in your bedroom. Now I really understand the reason for a “magic room”.
Pagan Pride was my first foray into the outside world to work. I returned over tired because I did too much. We certainly are not having a recovery in the South Florida. If you’re not out of work, you are scared to death you will be shortly. I don’t begrudge the fact that no one is spending money as I have cut way back myself in that area. However, I keep reminding people that the con artists are out. You get what you pay for. So, make certain you are spending your money on quality products. Someone dumping a bunch of oils out of their personal stock may have just refilled the bottles with vegetable oil. I know a worker who used to do that all the time. The only time he sold oils was when he emptied a bottle. You would get a little fragrance because it was trapped in the lid and then rancid Mazola shortly there after. I know a store that did that, too, and. fortunately for the metaphysical community, went out of business.
There any number of people running financial cons like solving all your debt problems, reducing the interest on your credit cards to zero and getting you out of your mortgage. Right alone side these schemes, they are doing ‘psychic readings’. If you can’t figure it out let explain it. People arrive for readings in financial trouble during these times so your friendly ‘psychic’ now becomes your financial counselor for another fee. The credit card companies are not going to reduce your interest rates to 0. The bank is not letting you out of your mortgage. Anyone claiming they are going to do that for you is a con artist. Most of you have already paid the principle amount you originally charged on your cards in interest, so they are paid off…why would they give up their total profit? They have nothing to lose by continuing to bill you high interest rates. When you go into bankruptcy, the bigger the bill they present, the bigger the chunk of the pie they can get when the court sells your property. Why would they settle for less? It doesn’t cost them a penny to bill you. Most of you get your bills electronically anyway. They aren’t even paying for the stamp. Be smart!
With Napoleon leaning his sweet little head on the corner of my laptop, I can reach over and get my cards and he knows he is so cute I will leave him there. Spoiled? My cats? Nah…

I tried to find the stamps to send a bill out, and George had put them almost on top of the refrigerator. So, I got the stamp and put them at a reasonable but still out of cat reach level. A few minutes late he called me into the kitchen and there was Mr. B. standing on the water fountain reservoir, on his hind feet, reaching up and swatting the stamps. They are back at the top of the refrigerator. Boogaboo has gotten so big I mistook him for Bat the Cat last night. Fiona is a love bug and Flame still hasn’t forgiven me for the infamous chair incident.
I have set all my games for 3 day crops and on Yoville, three day cakes. That way I don’t need to do anything tomorrow but be at Pagan Pride and come home, kick my shoes off and rest. I even have the new X-Men DVD to watch. I am all set, I hope. Come visit us in the All Purpose Room.

How do you identify a psychic vampire? The easiest to discover is someone who interacting with them just leaves you wrung out, exhausted and depressed. However, most of them have learned to be much more subtle than that. They will time their attacks for when you are asleep, alone or interacting with other people to draw attention from themselves. However, they have to get their hooks into you first or if you are among other people. The easiest way to do that is to put you in a vulnerable or conflicted position. A conflicted position causes your subconscious to open up when you are alone or asleep to the conflict. Nightmares are a symptom of psychic attack. Let me give you an example. One woman would wait for her daughter to be out with friends, drive by and wave and send “kisses” to her, embarrassing the teen half to death. Kisses? Those were more like bites. Then her embarrassed daughter and her friends were suddenly vulnerable and “Mom” would get an infusion of energy that left her positively giddy for a few minutes. Embarrassment is the stock tool of the vampire. Another tool is conflict where there is nothing you can do. The Vampire approaches you and tells you a little ditty someone has said about you. You are hurt and angry and then they add the clincher: “But I defended you.” That allows them to be the hero and you, in misplaced gratitude, open your aura to them. The odds are the incident never occurred in the first place.
Another stock phrase in vampire’s arsenal against you is: “You’ve got to give back.” That induces guilt in everyone and the moment guilt invades, you open up and they start sucking your energy. That phrase actually translates: “Give me…”.
So, how can you protect yourself? If you are a teenager, you are pretty much a walking target. Just remember, people are energetically supporting you because they know what it is like to be embarrassed. They do not identify with the person taunting you. Throw up your defenses immediately and no matter who the person is, do not drop your defenses when this person is around. You may not be able to stop in initial attack, but you can stop the attack in progress and you can prevent the next one. My standard answer as a teenager was, “Don’t you have anything better to do?” If they said no, I said, “Pity.” and walked away.
In other situations, turn the attack around. When presented with old: “You have to give back.” immediately ask the person what they are giving back. You can be nice about it and act like you want to join them in their altruistic endeavors. Don’t worry, vampires never have any. Avoid asking someone, “How may I help you?” Turn it around to, “If you can’t find something, just ask.” Don’t say who they should ask and leave the word help out of the sentence. As to the old “So and so said,” immediately interrupt with, “Wow, should have heard what they said about you!” Since vampires suffer from self esteem issues, you will have totally defused the attack.
Just keep one thing in mind, no matter how “sorry” you feel for the poor vampire, we all have access to infinite energy and potential. This person made a choice, often early in life to be this way and they have continuously chosen to continue this way and become more efficient. In today’s world of information, there is enough free “help” out there that anyone can change their direction and begin to grow and be successful. They do not have a right to your energy and your health and your well being. The Universe is a composite of energy systems. There is plenty for everyone. However, it is very hard to draw enough energy into yourself to support yourself and others. Your wiring is designed for one person usage. Whenever another person begins to draw on you, you will be drained and it will have long term effects if it continues.

Another day, another migraine. Usually my symptoms are seeing an aura around everything and the neon rainbow cat’s whiskers. Today everything had an aura but the aura looked like the corona of the sun. This will lead you to seriously question reality.
Psychic Vampires create some interesting phenomena and this may help you identify who around you is sucking your energy. Not all symptoms are demonstrated by each vampire so don’t look for the symptom, not find it and think you are in the clear. One symptom I have found that tends to be the most prevalent is their ability to isolate you.
Every year around November and December, every business owner is driven insane by calls. If it isn’t someone trying to sell you something, it is someone trying to get a donation. It gets to the point the phone rings the moment you hang up. A little late in the game I noticed this person would arrive and the phone would stop ringing. No customers would ever arrive. It was eerie. At first I was worrying the person would think I had no business at all. Then as soon as they pulled out of the parking lot, the phone would start ringing. Customers would start coming into the store. I mean as soon as all four tires hit the road pavement, the phone would ring. I have had this with happen with every really destructive psychic vampire. They put so much energy into having you alone with no distractions that a couple of them could actually keep business away from me until they got off work to get in for their “reading”. After a while, this one caught on that the phenomena was giving him away and he started disappearing every November and December. Yes, psychic vampires troll the “psychic” shops, phone lines and chat lines looking for someone they can get their hooks into. For them it is like an “all you can eat buffet”. Some have advanced to trolling and gaining energy through the on-line social networks. So, be careful out there. If you find someplace you are visiting on line or a group you have joined is upsetting you, get out. You probably have one or more people using it to draw energy off you.
Remember my thought form lecture. An online group is a thought form and it can be used to draw energy off people. Be wary of games on line that are forums demanding you attack other players to advance. Those can be used for the same thing. You don’t need to get out your tin foil hat but some days I do wonder if it would help.
Be very careful around your birthday. If it seems every year your birthday or major holiday is a disaster, you have a psychic vampire with its hooks in you. As others are working on making this a great day for you, they are gorging themselves on the energy being directed at you and voila…disaster as everything falls apart. It may even have the consequence of sucking all the positive energy away from you and drawing in negative energy. The field was so strong a couple of years ago, that the shop was robbed right at my birthday. In fact, for going on eleven years since I met three of these people, my birthday has made visiting Hades seems like a vacation option. I now dread it. Even Vampires that you have long severed connections with will tend to “remember” you on special days.

Oh Goddess, I have another budding coffee addict. I had just ground the coffee and put it into the filter and drip pot. It was all over my finger tips. Fiona almost inhaled my fingers. I mean she started sniffing one finger and suddenly she was pushing her nose on my finger trying to get it up her little nostrils with a glazed look on her face. Now Boogaboo, took one sniff and jumped down, but Fiona was attaching to my hand. I don’t know if I can cope with two cats demanding a morning coffee fix. Should I go buy a toy china cup set for them so we can all sit at the table in the morning and have coffee? Will they want to read the paper, too?
As I said a few days ago, I am reading a book on Psychic Vampirism. It is about the third or fourth book I have read on the topic. Here are a few salient points.
1. Psychic vampires do not need to be psychic or even believe in the process. They are not strong. They are weak.
2. Psychic vampires can be groups of people, companies and even countries.
3. Psychic vampirism requires a designated target.
4. Psychic vampirism usually begins as a whim and then the person becomes hooked on the energy.
5. Psychic vampires tend to target people of medium or low energy rather than high energy people.
6. Psychic vampires start out early in life, conflicted, revengeful and the process blocks their development.
7. Psychic vampires can physically harm their target through energy depletion which eventually manifests as physical illness.
Rather than drawing on the Universal Life Force available to everyone in infinite quantity, the psychic vampire closes themselves to that energy and targets a person they may feel slighted by or jealous of in the beginning. The more they close themselves to the Universe, and the empathic connection between all beings, the more they must find a target and the better they become at attacking a target. The target does not have to be an individual. They can draw energy off groups, businesses or a class people. The more they practice vampirism, the more they close themselves to growth and development. Ultimately, this affects every aspect of their life. Unfortunately, before they self destruct, they will leave a trail of destruction in their wake. Do not be fooled by the glitter. Psychic vampires range from being in positions of power and glamour to drug addicts in the gutter. Success is no measure of vampirism. Insecurity, obsessive behavior, egocentrism, and a jealous personality are the hallmarks of a Vampire. They are not skulking in a dark corner. Janice’s thought for the day: If people spent more time focused on their goals, development and what they were doing and less on everyone else, we would have a peaceful, successful world.

I remember when I learned that lesson. We, my mother, grandma and I were sitting at the kitchen table after a hard day of canning with my aunt. My mother, who was a very catty person, remarked my aunt would look younger if she hemmed her dresses higher. My aunt was five foot and bought off them rack to save time although she was an excellent seamstress. I remember my Ma turning to her and asking her if she wanted the job. Well, obviously no because she had me to take of and we all know how much time I took (sarcasm). Ma quickly said that my aunt had a whole farm with 14 farm hands to take care of, not just one little girl. So if my mother had enough time to comment on her sister’s dresses, she had enough time to hem them for her. That was the last catty remark I heard for a week or more.
That is why I learned at an early age to shut up and just fix the problem. You spend more time complaining that it takes to fix something. Don’t like the height of your neighbor’s grass. First ask them if they are growing it high..that is an excellent way to let it seed and come in thicker and if not, ask if they would mind if you mow it to match yours. That’s the easy way to get what you want.
I find it sick that the same neighbors that are in the Tea Party movement and harassing me are the same people calling the government over every little infringement they see in the neighborhood. If you want government out of your life; stop calling them.

I finally have Vanwitch back from her check up at the dealership. She is in great shape and has had all her fluids and filters changed including a transmission cleaning to the tune of $350.00. They even talked to her via computer. She is ready for another 6 months. Since she is due back in during March, I think I shall ask for that as my birthday present.
Today I am happily alternating between too hot and the chills so I am admitting I have the flu of some kind. I broke down and bought some saltine crackers for my nausea. They work much better than medicine.
It’s been a rainy afternoon and it is still raining. So, the cats are all settled in for the night. Rain does that to them. George did the weed whipping and is exhausted. My head is sore from yesterday but not giving me the stabbing pains every time I move my forehead, so I guess what the doctor did yesterday is a good thing. I did get some sweat into it today and WOW that hurt! Salt is not good.

I totally suspected it but couldn’t prove it until today. Last week my 10x mirror disappeared and I thought Napoleon got it. This morning I left my new 10x mirror on the bed with my lighted 15x one, and the 10x is gone. Napoleon was the only cat in the bedroom. What is he doing with the mirrors? They are small enough he can carry them. The 15x has a light in it so it is too heavy for him. Where is he hiding them? Some days he boggles the mind.
This was my doctor’s appointment for the first time in almost 4 weeks. He removed the huge scab and the smaller one. OUCH! I know this is going to be a fun night. Yes, folks, there will be drugs tonight because it is screaming like a banshee. If I didn’t need my Yoville money, I’d take some now and go to bed.
I am still sick at my stomach and unable to eat much of anything. It seems to be going around and the pain is not making it any easier.
Vanwitch is in the shop bankrupting me with her oil change, air filter and transmission tune up. It is her last trip while in warranty but of course, none of this is covered. I know I pamper her. Costco finally got the Cinsulin capsules in! Yes, I have been waiting to try them…cinnamon and Chromium Picolinate. Last time I took Chromium, I lost weight. The cinnamon does balance my sugar levels out.
I am reading Joe H. Slate, Ph.D.’s Psychic Vampires. It is a little dry but really interesting. I recommend it to everyone.

Mommy would erase our messages every week or two depending on how clever we were at placing them. BUT: Mommy is home all the time. She is cleaning all the time. Our messages aren’t lasting a day. Sometimes, they don’t last a minute/ How can we have a social network? It’s awful to come up to get your message and get that horrible bleach instead! Here’s what we want you to do: schedule your phone readings, buy internet readings, anything to keep her busy. Go to that CUUP thing…we think it involves Pagan coffee..in Ft. Lauderdale on the 19th and tell Daddy how much you miss her…anything…just get her out of the house so we can have it back. Please we are bagging you. I am still under the weather with this nausea. Today I have a doctor’s appointment and a van service appointment. Then it’s off to Costco to fill George’s Red Van up, get some roast beef for PC, she is old and really loves it, probably get a prescription filled at Target and somewhere in there, eat something I hope. My hats are at the Post Office from Indonesia and I can’t wait to see them. I can wait until my scalp is stretched out enough that I can once again stand something to touch it. I can’t wait until CUUP’s Pagan Pride Day on the 19th as I am getting awfully lonely here by myself all day with just the cats for company. You have no idea how much cleaning I have gotten done. I discovered I could push a doubled up paper towel onto the Clorox cleaning wand and it works just as well, is cheaper and disposable. Next I think I’ll make little micro fiber caps for it out of the towels I never used. I should be able to do walls and the ceiling with those. Why are the cats looking at me like that???

Cats are forever amazing. Today Fiona discovered the screw cover on the refrigerator door. She spent at least 15 minutes attacking it. Now I know where my magnets are going. Last night I crawled into bed and realized my microbead pillow seemed a little heavy. Fiona was in the middle of it. Of course, a Microwit can’t just lay there and sleep. A couple of minutes later she was up and destroying the bedroom, so I had to get up and evict her…that is after I managed to catch her! Then I woke up sweating. No it wasn’t fever, it was two huge cats on each side of me. They must hide in the closet and come out when the lights go out and doze off because I don’t see a cat prior to that point.

This is a very important day in numerology. We have three nines and when the 2000 is added to the day we have an 11. This is a day for personal change.
Do some meditation. Decide what you want to be. I don’t mean what job you want. I mean what kind of a person you want to be that will lead the life you want.
Write it down. Then write down what kind of person you think you are at this moment. Under that heading, write down what traits make you that person today. Now, under the first heading of the kind of person you want to be, write the traits you will manifest as that person.
Line the two sheets of paper up with a third between them. On the third write down what you must change, and how, in order to get from what you are to what you want to be. This is the most important list because it is your spiritual to-do list.
Let me give you an example. Let’s say you are a very critical, snarky person who is always making a derogatory comments. You want to be more positive and loving because you want love in your life instead of conflict and abandonment. Your middle list would say something like, I will compliment people instead of dissing them. I will see something positive about them and express it either verbally or mentally.
Take an item a day and say: Instead of (Item from what I am list), today I will (Item from what I must do to change myself) as I become (item from what you want to be list). Each time a situation presents the opportunity to (what I am list) I will STOP, I will (Item from change list)!
So, when you see the woman in what you think is a totally mismatched outfit, you will STOP, and instead of a snarky comment, you will compliment the boldness of her color choices and hope that some day you will have her courage to be yourself and move on. It isn’t going to be easy to silence the snarky twin but you can do it.
Remember, it takes a long time to unlearn the habits of a lifetime, to face the fears from childhood that are really minute things, and to move on. When you begin to move on, you will know that point because suddenly new opportunities will open up for you and your entire life will begin to change. Fear can only rule your life if you allow it. Courage is seeing the fear, acknowledging it and not allowing it to paralyze you, but doing what needs to be done to succeed.

Well, after all the sobbing, screaming and rhetoric, the head of the Republican party in Florida, he who incited all this, declared President Obama’s speech to our school children was a speech every child should hear, mandatory. After he leaves the presidency, that man has a great career as a motivational speaker awaiting him and a lot more money that he is making now for all this hoopla and stress. Even the cats are smiling. We can hope people will do better on the next go-round.
Frequently I am asked the question; “Where is my soul mate?” Important things like this are only provided when you are ready and invariably the person asking me that question falls in one of two categories: giver or taker. Either they are ready to give everything including their own identity to this Soul Mate or they are takers, looking for the free ride to happiness. Either one would scare the Soul Mate into the next county. So there is a reason this person has not manifested. You just aren’t ready. Not only that, but there is case after case that documents a person may have more than one Soul Mate.
This applies often to the house of your dreams or to the job of your dreams. The time just isn’t right for you. Yes, some people manage to overcome that little problem. Just read the stories of people whose lives were completely ruined by too much fame or a lottery win. Patience is its own reward but patience doesn’t mean sitting in front of the TV 7 days a week. It means working on being the person you want to be. That dream job doesn’t come to the person who sleeps all day collecting unemployment and popping pills.
I remember a story by Jay Leno. He desperately wanted a job at a car dealership and was turned down. So, the next day he reported to the dealership car wash and told them he was the new guy. He worked for a week before the big boss noticed him and told the car wash boss he hadn’t been hired. Well, the car wash boss was really upset because he was the best worker he had had in a long time. Result; Jay Leno got the job he wanted by working a week for free and demonstrating what he could do. You can’t do that stoned on your ass in bed folks for weeks.
I have always been complimented at jobs on how to together I am. Every night, I would lay my outfit out for the next day, have all my paperwork gathered and ready to go. Only then did I go to sleep. I did not have a snooze function on my alarm clock. I was together because I was prepared. I was always early because I gave myself 15 extra minutes to get there in case of emergency traffic. When I was going out to do readings, I had everything I needed in a case at the door. I didn’t have to run around looking for my cards and what not and show up an hour late. I even had an outfit ready so I could jump out of my work around the shop clothes. I was on time, ready to do the job. The result was, I got the job. Of course, there are any number people certain I spent the night stirring eye of newt into a bubbling cauldron because that is so much easier to blame their failure on than lack of just plain old work.
