Forecast and Faery Finder for 09/6-7/08

Weekend 09/6-7/08
I am vending at the Ft. Lauderdale CUUP’s Pagan Pride Day event today and Ike is bearing down on us so I am doing a weekend forecast. I promise to make it up to you with an article on déjà vu / deja Genes, next week. I will be exhausted Saturday night and Sunday we have to hit the roof nailing and I have to get all the plants and signs in and everything battened down.
The Kitwits are sensing the storms and settling down quite a bit. Their little hormones are kicking in and one minute they are wild things in the kitten stage and the next minute they are grown up lovers. I’m about to deliver them to vet and have him take care of this if he has to use a magnifying glass!
Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.
This weekend’s Tarot Card is the Ten of Swords: destitution. If all you see around you is weakness and corruption and all morals seem corrupt, keep in mind that Divine Karma is really at work and she is bringing justice to all. No excuses will be accepted. Look at your motives and start again.

Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2007 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically, the Moon enters Sagittarius at 3:11 AM EDT on Saturday and otherwise it is a pleasant social day. On Sunday life gets more complicated at the second quarter of the Moon starts at 10:04 AM EDT. An aspect lasting about a week makes financial decisions difficult at best and ambivalence about financial matters and expansion is the rule. Your tastes may be champagne but your budget is beer. Old hurts are brushed off as superficial in the afternoon. Surprise emotional announcements may follow this in the evening and no one is happy. It is psychic late night so get out the black mirror and do some gazing.

Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say there are obstacles to feeling safe this weekend. Do you try to overcome them or accept that maybe you need to make a few changes.

This weekend’s Cat Comfort card is the Cat with Nine Lives. “Fortune is on your side. Take some chances.”
Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
This weekend’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for the Singer of Connection. Didn’t you expect the faeries to know that all of us and all things are connected long before any human figured it out? This singer’s song serves to remind us of this. Use this weekend to explore those connections both within and without.
Saturday’s Lo Shu Number is 3 and Sunday’s is 2. Saturday’s element is earth and Sunday’s is Metal. On Saturday the Rabbit finds conflict and on Sunday the Dragon gets its share of conflict. On Saturday the Rat has a good day and on Sunday it is the Sheep and Monkey celebrating.

This weekend’s Message from the Universe is: “I will not remain in this state. The healing forces of the Universe are now at work for my highest good. I open my heart to Divine Love, I follow my intuition and great successes now occur in my life naturally and easily.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace through your thoughts.
Believe it or not, some times all it takes is simply standing up and announcing to the Universe that you are not going to take this any more. Most western religions tend to teach begging, bargaining and wheedling when things are just not working. Eastern religions teach acceptance. Pagan religions teach you to stand up and do something. Direct action always produces results. It’s a law of physics. - Janice
