Forecast and Faery Finder for 10-13-08

10-13-08
Friday the thirteen falls on Monday this month. Happy Columbus Day. The Full Moon is tomorrow.

FORECASTS:
Deck: Navigators Tarot of the Mystic Sea.
Today’s Tarot Card is the Knight of pentacles: evolution. If you can work things out on a pragmatic level you can move upward in all things.

Astrological Source: Llewellyn’s 2007 Daily Planetary Guide.
Astrologically, the Moon enters Aries at 3:07 AM. Many aggravations occur this afternoon, but it is Monday so what did you expect. Trying to move rapidly ahead is thwarted by under the table dealings. Trying to say the right thing immobilizes you.

Deck: Healing with the Fairies.
The Faeries say there are blocks to family harmony today and glossing it over is not going to make anyone happy. Work the problem out.

Today’s Cat Comfort card is Bureaucat. “Get that paperwork done. You’ll feel much better.” Quit bugging me cat…I’ll get the sales tax report done today!
Deck: The Fairies’ Oracle by Brian Froud & Jessica MacBeth
Today’s Faery Finder is on the lookout for Ffaff the Ffooter. He is really touchy about your feet. If you are going to touch his wonderful mother earth, he wants them clean and healthy. On a more metaphysical level, he wants you grounded. The only problem with Ffaff is he really does inspect your feet. Sometimes he forgets that while he has one foot in air inspecting that it isn’t a good idea to pick up the second one as we don’t levitate so well. He also doesn’t wash his hands so if the last person has foot fungus….You do not want to attract Ffaff, so keep your feet in good shape and cut the Drama Queen routine.
Today’s Lo Shu Number is 8 and the element is fire. The Dragon finds conflict today.

Today’s Message from the Universe is: “I acknowledge the wonderful qualities I have within me. I open up to the beauty and creativity of my Soul and I accomplish great things easily and successfully.” Annie Marquier creating a world of peace one thought at a time.
COMMENTARIES BY JANICE SCOTT-REEDER
Last night the Bitwit discovered hamburger. She wanted to know where her new Mommy had found such a wonderful animal to hunt and kill. It was the perfect temperature, tender and ground up and no feathers or scales. She wanted to learn to hunt this magnificent beast. I told her as soon as she got her American Express card I would take her to the great Costco savanna and let her hunt the hamburger beast in the meat department. I think I am safe for a while.
