You know you aren’t as smart, beautiful, fun, witty or charming as those who succeed. Sit down and have a drink with old Doom, he will give you a quick push down the slippery slope to self-destruction. He’ll cheer you on and throw the confetti as you defeat yourself before you even try. He is all ready to help you explore your worse. So, give him a drink and send him on his way as he is not the mirror you want to see yourself in!

You can create your own reality. Your thoughts are real. You are the one creating the life you have. That’s the Secret! Some of us kept whispering: don’t listen to them. They don’t know what they are talking about. They are only telling you a piece of it. It’s just a new face on the blame the victim game. It’s easier than taking responsibility for someone else’s pain you’ve caused to make your life go great, decorate your house or have pretty things!
Well, I guess the Universe dropped a big one just to demonstrate what the rest of us were saying. No one envisioned the stock market crashing, losing all their equity in their home, losing their home because of deceptive loan practices or having a retired Wall Street Tycoon run a con game on them. You can be rest assured the poor people who sank their life savings or the charities that invested with brokers had no visualization that person would invest with a total crook. Where’s the Secret now??? Where are their positive visualizations and vibrations? Where is the life they were living?
Now here is the real secret. All things in nature seek equilibrium (balance). When people become too greedy for the sake sheer greed and take from people who deserve some of the pie, the Universe swings the pendulum back. Even if you aren’t one of them and are in the vicinity, you get whacked. It’s like a bomb. It hits the target and if you walking by: bye-bye. A dear friend told me to take a really good look at people who do negative magic and where their lives are. Yup, on the way to the septic tank and yet, they still think nothing they do for pay is affecting them. They have lot’s of pretty things that money bought. They have no real friends. They are really unhappy. It’s call denial.
I had someone ask what someone’s secret for success was as this party is prospering and everyone else is feeling the crunch. I had to point out the person was diversified into several businesses, some of which hadn’t been hit, yet. Some times, you only see what a person wants you to see. It’s like old Doom, the Faery, who helps you compare yourself to some movie star and knows you will be lacking. Life doesn’t come air brushed. There is no perfect relationship. We are all human. So, pick yourself up and decide what you want to be in the coming year and then, don’t sit in front of a candle picturing it. Come up with a plan.
